What is Art?

Finding ways to express my views though nature.
Expressing my views through nature.

Art is the essence, the origin of everything.
It’s the blackhole of emotional reality.
It’s the source from which anything can emerge.
There is a mix of Schrodinger’s uncertainty and Einstein’s theory of relativity, uncertain as the outcome is unknown and relative as every observer observes Art differently.
Like a song, which is so fictional yet the combination of music, lyrics and rhythm make us all feel a certain way depending on our own reality.

There is a sense of calm, a sense of tranquility, of peace when we create or observe Art. The act of creating Art is an exercise through which a person is able to express the thought processes within his/her mind which are otherwise unexplainable. Its a way of expressing which is so true that the actual emotion can be felt by the observer. The observation of Art gives a sense of connection between unrelatable things, the clouds and the lion seem to have a link, the king and the farmer could be seen to have the same innate source of energy. The oneness of the universe can be felt more clearly. It has the power to change people, to let them make tough decisions easily, to transform into a more healthier person, to see life from a different angle which is both unique and novel to them.
The role of an artist is to create Art which is intriguing as well as synergetic.

The more abstract art is, the more intriguing it is, which in turn makes it more engaging and the observer is able to find ‘meanings’ which are applicable to his/her life. But abstract doesn’t mean random or sporadic. There is a sense of connectivity throughout the piece of Art which makes it complete and in synergy. Like the processes in nature are always in sync, always creating a complete chain of arrangement, which is in true sense Art and hence gives us a sense of calm every time we observe it. The mountains provide the required climate, the trees are the source of food and shelter, the rivers act as the flow of life, the soil is the medium which connects everything and the animals are the change makers which bring in both chaos and stability. Every object in the scenery of nature holds a place in synergy with everything else.

There are two phases in creation of Art. In the first phase the artist is able to imagine a slight ray of a novel idea and continues to evolve that idea along the way of creation. In the 2nd phase the artist is able to visualize almost entirely the whole idea in his mind, the creation is merely an act of bringing that into reality. As a beginner, I see myself in the first phase of creation with a few moments of 2nd phase. My goal is to achieve the 2nd phase and that can only be done by creating as much as I can, so that one day I will be able to reach a state where creation is merely a way of expressing what’s inside my mind.
